I have been practicing yoga for the past 20 years and teaching for 8 years. I am a Mysore Astanga student and full time teacher, this has been my chosen path full time for the past 6 years. I share many different forms of yoga including Astanga, vinyasa, yin, hatha, restorative and meditation and pranayama techniques.
My own personal journey has taken me from the depth of anxiety, depression and addiction to a healing place of peace, harmony and joy, therefore I share my knowledge with a depth of compassion and non judgemental understanding in a down to earth and gentle healing manner. I am honored and humbled to lovingly hold and encourage others to make the space in body and mind as I guide a journey to a deeper understanding of self through the physical form.
I bring a strong feminine healing element to all of my classes as feel a universal need to connect with that part of our being for a more harmonious individual being as well as universal future.
My one to one therapy sessions address specific individual requirements, whilst group classes are physically challenging and mentally stimulating, both come from a therapeutic angle with emphasis on kindness to oneself first and foremost. Again, this is a journey of peace, harmony and healing.
Through yoga I wish to share my message of love, peace, compassion unity and light and hold a space to connect with the peace and possibility which resides in each of us.
