My philosophy and mission is to make the calming, therapeutic and empowering benefits of yoga accessible to all.

I specialise in yoga therapy to address the symptoms of addiction, anxiety, depression and stress to name but a few, as well as running fun, energising group classes in the workplace and in centres throughout London.

Each of us is a unique human being with specific physical and psychological requirements, with a one to one yoga therapy session we can start to address these specific needs.

With a combination of physical postures, meditation, breath work, relaxation, diet/lifestyle, positivity and LOVING KINDNESS to oneself we can address conditions such as:

Anxiety, Addiction, Arthiritus, Back Pain, Cancer symptoms, Depression, Eating Disorders,  Fatigue, Insomnia, Injury Pain, Stress, Sciatica and many more .

StonesThrough yoga, meditation and an holistic perspective we can dramatically reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.  Yoga is an empowering therapy which will allow you to gain the control back over your body and mind.

I have been practicing yoga for the past 18 ears and living and teaching yoga for over 8 years. Evolution of consciousness is my path and my intention is to lovingly and safely hold and encourage others to make space in body and mind as we journey to a deeper understanding of self through the physical form. I faithfully choose the art, science and philosophy of the Ashtanga method as taught by Patthabi Jois to unify body, mind and spirit and thus experience the deep peace which comes from the meditative flow of the practice, although I aslo share Hatha, Restorative and healing, dynamic creative and flow as well as Ashtanga Yoga classes. As a natural intuitive classes are designed to students needs. I teach one to one and group classes. Through the art and science of Yoga I wish to share my message of love, kindness, peace, compassion, unity and light. I draw my inspiration from Krishnamurty, The Dalai Lama, Patthabi Jois, the children at The Special Yoga Centre to many artists and musicians to name and my sister to name a few.
